" You think you're so quick, Rocket Girl," shouted Weatherman

" I'd like to see you try to jump away from this!"

Weatherman threw another Weather Ball into the air

气象人又向空中扔出一个气象球。

" Weather Ball, activate!" he shouted

A strong wind blew, throwing Roxy off her feet

Rain began to pour down

Crack! Boom! More lightning struck

Roxy jumped to her feet, dodging bolts of lightning

" Listen, Weatherman," shouted Roxy

" Your dumb little thunderstorm isn't going to stop me!"

" Maybe not," said Weatherman with a smirk

“也许吧，”气象人轻蔑一笑。

" But I have something that will."

He threw another Weather Ball into the air

他又将一个气象球扔向空中。

" Weather Ball, activate!"

Roxy felt a change in the air

There was a rumbling sound, and the wind grew stronger

" Uh-oh. What's happening now?" Roxy wondered

And then she saw it — a huge tornado was whipping down West Street

" Whoa!" Roxy screamed as she was swept upward

She spun around and around

The tornado had picked up a bus and a taxi along with Roxy

All the passengers were terrified

Roxy used all her strength to fly around the tornado

She grabbed the taxi with one hand

" Grr!" Roxy grunted as she flew toward the bus

" Got it!" she shouted, grabbing hold of the bus

With her hands full, Roxy flew away from the tornado

She looked for a safe place to put the vehicles

As the tornado died down, the police came around a corner

" There's Weatherman!" shouted one police officer

A few snowflakes began to fall down

Then a strong wind whipped along the street

The police cars skidded through the deep snow

The van's wheels folded in and were replaced with snow treads

" Ha-ha!" Weatherman cackled and drove away
