" Now what do we do?" Cole asked, staring after the mystery man

" Do you think he's the culprit?"

Maggie frowned." I don't get it

A van was pulling into the field

It had the Belltown Bikes logo painted on the side

Several of the bike shop's employees jumped out and started helping people replace their tires

" It seems like there are only five people who don't have alibis for the time of the crime," Henry said

" We know Nathan would never slash people's tires," Cole said

" The chain fell off! And I don't know how to fix it. Can you guys help?"

Henry shook his head." I don't know how to fix it either."

He looked at Maggie and Cole." What about you two?"

They shook their heads too

" Maybe you can leave your bike here and ride double with one of us," Maggie suggested

Just then Joey rode toward them. He smirked when he saw them

He sped around the next curve, making dirt fly at them as he passed

" Go back to Valley High, you bully!" Maggie yelled

" Forget about him." Nathan sighed." What am I going to do about my bike?"

A few more riders rounded the curve

又陆续有几个骑手转过弯道。

Some of them looked over at Nathan's broken bike. But nobody stopped

Then Tina rode into view

接着，蒂娜骑着车出现了。

As soon as she saw Nathan's bike, she steered toward him

她一看到内森的自行车，就朝他骑了过来。

" Your chain fell off, huh?" she said with a friendly smile

“你的链条掉了，对吧？”她带着友好的微笑说道。

" Don't worry. I can help you fix it."
