The next day, Bobby was in a better mood

" It was nice not having a wish yesterday," said Cy

" Yeah, I finally finished my book," said Panther

" I didn't have to worry about dinosaurs

Or mean people," giggled Jane

" Well, I'm ready to make my wish today," Bobby said excitedly

“好啦，我今天准备好许愿了，”鲍比兴奋地说。

For some reason, the others did not feel as eager

But they went to Huey's well

When Cy pulled him up, Huey did not come out right away

They had to tap lightly on his shell

" Oh, it's you! I thought you weren't coming back,"

Cy explained that they hadn't come up with a wish the previous day

" I wish," he said dramatically," that something exciting would happen in our town."
