When he got outside, everyone was waiting for him

“包袱呢？”沙僧问道。

The monkey looked at his empty hands

He heard footsteps approaching from inside the monastery

They hadn't gotten far before Yellow Brows flew over them

Wukong, Bajie, and Wujing pulled out their weapons

The monkey leaped up to the sky just before the cloth wrapped around his companions

就在布裹住同伴们的前一刻，猴子跳上了天空。

Quickly, the demon grabbed the cloth with the group in it

妖怪迅速抓起裹着众人的布。

He ran back into his monastery and slammed the door shut

他跑回寺院，砰地关上了门。

Wukong sat down on a cloud to think

悟空坐在云上思考。

How could he rescue his companions?

" I can't ask the Jade Emperor for help," thought Wukong

“我不能去求玉帝帮忙，”悟空心想。

" He already sent the gold dragon, who was just captured again."

“他已经派了金龙来，结果又被抓了。”

" Maybe I can ask Guanyin for help."

“也许我可以去求观音帮忙。”

As Wukong was wondering what to do, two spirits approached him

正当悟空思考该怎么办时，两个精灵向他走来。

One was a turtle and the other was a serpent

一个是龟精，另一个是蛇精。

The two spirits each carried a sword and a shield

两个精灵各自带着一把剑和一面盾。

" We're from Wudang Mountain," said the turtle

“我们来自武当山，”龟精说。

" We've come to help you."

“我们是来帮你的。”

The serpent nodded

蛇精点了点头。

" We heard the Tang Monk was captured by a demon called Yellow Brows."

“我们听说唐僧被一个叫黄眉的妖怪抓了。”

" Thank you for coming," said Wukong

“谢谢你们来，”悟空说。

He quickly told them what had happened

他很快把事情的经过告诉了他们。

" Let's go to the monastery now," said the turtle

“我们现在就去寺院吧，”龟精说。

" Yellow Brows won't be able to fight all three of us."

" We are much too powerful for him," added the serpent

“我们对他来说太强了，”蛇精补充道。

Then, Wukong led the two spirits down to the monastery

Wukong banged on the monastery door

悟空猛敲寺院的门。

" Release my friends right now, Yellow Brows."

" If you don't, I'll knock down your monastery."

“如果你不放，我就拆了你的寺院。”

" Then, I'll smash your entire mountain."

The door blew open

Yellow Brows stepped out and threw the cloth

The monkey jumped out of the way, but the turtle and serpent weren't fast enough

猴子跳开了，但龟精和蛇精没来得及躲开。

The cloth wrapped around them

Laughing, the demon grabbed the bundle and went back into the monastery

妖怪笑着抓起布包，回到了寺院里。

Wukong flew back up into the sky

悟空飞回了天上。

He sat on a cloud and moaned

他坐在云上叹气。

" Now what will I do?"

“现在我该怎么办？”

He was still thinking when he heard a voice

" Hello, Wukong."

“你好，悟空。”

Wukong looked toward the voice and saw a man with a big belly

悟空朝声音的方向看去，看到一个大肚子的人。

The man was smiling

那个人笑眈眈的。

" Do you know who I am?" asked the man

“你知道我是谁吗？”那人问道。

旁白 neutral

Wukong smiled

悟空笑了。

旁白 neutral

" You're the Buddha Maitreya!"

“你是弥勒佛！”

旁白 neutral

" Yes," said Maitreya

“没错，”弥勒佛说。

旁白 neutral

" And I've come to help you."

“我是来帮你的。”
