" What's going on?" asked the prince

" The man ruling the Black Rooster Kingdom is not really the king," said the monk

When the Tang monk's story was finished, the prince was furious

" I know where there's treasure," the monkey lied

“我知道哪里有宝藏，”猴子撒谎说。

Bajie's eyes popped open

八戒的眼睛一下子睞开了。

" Where is the treasure?"

“宝藏在哪里？”

" Follow me," said Wukong

“跟我来，”悟空说。

They went outside and flew to the palace

他们出了门，飞到了皇宫。

In a small courtyard, Wukong rushed toward a well

在一个小院子里，悟空向一口井冲去。

" The treasure is in this well," said the monkey, pulling the lid off

“宝藏就在这口井里，”猴子说着揭开了井盖。

Bajie peered down into the darkness

八戒向黑暗的井底望去。

" Is this the well the king was pushed into?"

“这就是国王被推下去的那口井吗？”

" Oh, I'm not sure," said Wukong, pretending to not know

“哦，我不确定，”悟空假装不知道地说。

" The treasure is definitely down there, though."

“不过宝藏肯定在下面。”

旁白 neutral

" How will we get it out?" asked the pig

“我们怎么把它弄上来？”八戒问道。

旁白 neutral

Wukong pushed Bajie, and the pig splashed into the water

悟空把八戒一推，八戒就扑通一声掉进了水里。

" You rotten monkey!" shouted Bajie

“你这可恶的猴子！”八戒大喊。

The monkey laughed

猴子笑了。

旁白 neutral

" Find the treasure, and I'll let you back up."

“找到宝藏，我就拉你上来。”

Angry, Bajie dived down deeper and deeper, until he arrived at a palace

气愤的八戒越潜越深，直到到达了一座宫殿。

" Greetings," said a dragon

“你好，”一条龙说道。

" I'm the well dragon king."

“我是井龙王。”

旁白 neutral

" My name is Zhu Bajie," said the pig

“我叫猪八戒，”八戒说道。

" I'm here for treasure."

“我是来找宝藏的。”

旁白 neutral

" I don't have any treasure for you," said the dragon

“我这里没有什么宝藏给你，”龙说道。

He looked up

他抬头看了看。

" You came from the well."

“你是从井里来的。”

旁白 neutral

" Are you from the Black Rooster Kingdom?"

“你是乌鸡国的人吗？”

旁白 neutral

" Not exactly," said Bajie

“不完全是，”八戒说。

旁白 neutral

" My friends and I are helping the king of the Black Rooster Kingdom."

“我和我的朋友们正在帮助乌鸡国的国王。”

" Oh, really?" the dragon raised his eyebrows

“哦，真的吗？”龙抬起了眉毛。

" I have something for you."

“我有东西给你。”

旁白 neutral

" Follow me."

“跟我来。”

The well dragon king led Bajie into a room

井龙王带着八戒走进了一个房间。

The pig gasped

八戒倒吸一口凉气。

The body of a man lay on a table

一个人的身体躺在桌子上。

" This is the Black Rooster King's body," said the dragon

“这是乌鸡国国王的遗体，”龙说道。

" Please take it back with you."

“请把他带回去吧。”

Bajie was furious that Wukong had tricked him

八戒对悟空骗他气得不行。

He lifted the king's body and headed back to the well

他抉起国王的身体，向井口游去。

" I will get revenge later," he said to himself

“我以后会报仇的，”他对自己说。

The next morning, the Tang monk looked at the king's body

第二天早上，唐僧看着国王的遗体。

" I wish we could bring him back to life."

“我希望我们能让他活过来。”

旁白 neutral

" Wukong can bring him back to life," said Bajie suddenly

“悟空能让他复活，”八戒突然说道。

" What?" cried the monkey

“什么？”猴子叫道。

The Tang monk smiled

唐僧笑了。

" That's wonderful, Wukong."

“太好了，悟空。”

旁白 neutral

" Please bring him back to life right away."

“请立刻让他复活吧。”

Bajie giggled

八戒偷笑。

" I don't know how to do that," said the monkey

“我不知道怎么做，”猴子说。

旁白 neutral

" Don't believe him, master," said Bajie

“师父，别信他，”八戒说。

旁白 neutral

" He could bring the king back to life."

“他能让国王复活。”

" He just doesn't want to."

“他只是不想做而已。”

" That's not true," protested Wukong

“那不是真的，”悟空抗议道。

旁白 neutral

" He's lying, master," said Bajie

“他在撞谎，师父，”八戒说。

" Use the tight headband spell."

“念紧箍咒吧。”
