" I'm helping the Tang monk reach the western paradise."

“我在帮唐僧去西天取经。”

" Five hundred years ago I caused a lot of trouble in heaven."

“五百年前我在天庭大闹了一番。”

" Now I'm here to cause a lot of trouble for you."

“现在我来给你找麻烦了。”

" I remember you," said the monster

“我记得你，”妖怪说。

Wukong pulled out his iron bar and swung it

悟空拿出金箍棒挥了过去。

The monster vanished

Wukong leaped into the air

悟空跳到空中。

He looked in every direction but didn't see the monster anywhere

" That monster said he remembered me," thought Wukong

" He must be from heaven."

" I'll go up there now to see if any spirits are missing."

“我现在就上天去看看有没有走失的神仙。”

Wukong soared higher and higher until he reached the southern gate of heaven

悟空越飞越高，直到到达天庭的南天门。

" Greetings, Wukong," said the guard

“悟空，你好，”守卫说。

" There's a monster on earth causing trouble for the Tang monk," said Wukong

“人间有个妖怪在给唐僧找麻烦，”悟空说。

" I think the monster is a spirit who escaped from heaven. Is anyone missing?"

“我觉得那个妖怪是从天上逃走的神仙。有谁失踪了吗？”

The guard sent a messenger to check

守卫派了一个信使去查看。

A moment later the messenger returned

不一会儿信使回来了。

A god was with him

一位天神和他在一起。

" You found the Wood Wolf Star!" said the god

“你找到奎木狼了！”天神说。

" Who?" Asked Wukong

“谁？”悟空问。

" The Wood Wolf Star is a wolf spirit who lives in heaven," said the god

“奎木狼是住在天上的狼精，”天神说。

" He escaped thirteen days ago and I've been looking all over for him."

“他十三天前逃走了，我一直在到处找他。”

Wukong rubbed his chin

悟空摸了摸下巴。

" That makes sense," he said

“这就说得通了，”他说。

旁白 neutral

" The monster kidnapped a princess thirteen years ago on earth."

“那个妖怪十三年前在人间绑架了一位公主。”

" Thirteen years on earth is equal to thirteen days in heaven."

“人间的十三年等于天上的十三天。”

The god nodded

天神点了点头。

" Yes, let's go. I'll help you catch the Wood Wolf Star."

“好，我们走吧。我帮你抓奎木狼。”

Wukong returned to earth with the god

悟空和天神一起回到了人间。

From the sky the god called down," Wood Wolf Star, come up here at once!"

The monster turned into a wolf and flew up to the god

The wolf looked nervous

" You will be punished," said the god

He turned and led the wolf back up to heaven

Wukong flew to the Precious Image Kingdom and went into the palace

悟空飞到宝象国，走进了皇宫。

A big celebration was taking place

The king and queen were both hugging their daughter, Princess Hundred Flowers

The princess saw Wukong and smiled

He looked around

" Where's the Tang monk?"

The king looked at the ground

" Didn't your friends tell you? He's really a tiger."

" Nonsense," said Wukong

“胡说，”悟空说。

" That monster turned him into a tiger, that's all. Where is he?"

“那个妖怪把他变成了老虎，仅此而已。他在哪里？”

The king and queen led Wukong out of the hall

国王和王后带着悟空走出了大厅。

They went down a flight of stairs and arrived at the palace dungeon

他们走下一段楼梯，来到了皇宫地牢。

A large tiger sat in a cage

一只大老虎坐在笼子里。

" Don't worry, Master," said Wukong

“别担心，师父，”悟空说。

" I'll change you back into yourself."

Wukong recited a spell

悟空念了一个咒语。

Bright light surrounded the cage for a moment

The Tang monk was back

唐僧变回来了。

Wukong grabbed the bars and twisted them apart

悟空抓住铁栏杆，把它们掰开了。

" Thank you, Wukong," cried the monk

He took the monkey's hands in his own

" I never should have told you to leave."

" Will you continue the journey with us?"
